We are currently looking for an experienced clinical or counselling psychologist, preferably with experience within the EAP industry or a similar brief therapy model. The successful candidates will:

  • Be a registered psychologist in Queensland or eligible for registration.
  • Be keen to learn and develop new skills as well as contribute to the development of new psychologists by providing professional development and supervision.
  • Work comfortably with a broad spectrum of corporate and individual clients and a strong focus on customer service and achieving outcomes
  • Be skilled in dealing with people in crisis and willing to participate in a roster for provision of after hours crises services.
  • Be an effective communicator and facilitator, ideally with experience (or the desire to gain experience) in the design and delivery of mediation, training and consulting services to corporate clients.
  • Be highly flexible with the capacity to work across all areas of our business as part of a cohesive team.

Ideally the successful candidate will be full time although consideration will be given to psychologists seeking part time, flexible working hours. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. STAP accreditation (or eligibility) will be highly regarded.

Senior Psychologist – SA


We are currently looking for an experienced, qualified, psychologist with a background in counselling and organisational to take up a senior position in our Adelaide Office.
The successful candidate will:

  • Be a registered psychologist in South Australia or be eligible for registration.
  • Meet the membership criteria of the Australian Psychological Society.
  • Deliver high level consulting, coaching, and counselling to clients accessing various service lines.
  • Have experience (or the desire to gain experience) in the design and delivery of mediation, training, and OD services to clients.
  • Have demonstrated clinical skills.
  • Provide EAP counselling as required.
  • Be skilled in dealing with people in crisis and willing to participate in a roster for provision of after hours crisis services.
  • Provide high level critical incident management services as required.
  • Be available to respond to duty calls.
  • Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and responsiveness and have the capacity to work across all areas of our business as part of a cohesive team.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Psychologist / Social Worker - SA

Due to ongoing development and growth of our business we have vacancies in our South Australian office for experienced clinical or counselling psychologist and experienced counselling social workers. Successful candidates will:

  • Need to be fully registered psychologists in South Australia or eligible for full registration or registered social workers.
  • Be experienced in the provision of short-term counselling to a diverse client base presenting with a range of personal and work related issues.

Psychologist / Counsellors (Part Time / Full Time) - WA

Exceptional opportunity exists for a Psychology graduate to join a professional, friendly team of EAP counsellors within a professional services organization.

We currently have vacancies in our WA office in our Employee Assistance Services (EAS) team. The main duties in this role are providing short-term counselling in a brief therapy model to clients presenting under Employee Assistance Programs, provides Critical Incident Response to organizations, participating in the after-hours roster and undertaking duty calls as required. Successful candidates will be required to possess:

  • Completion of 4 year APS accredited degree in psychology and eligible for full registration in Western Australia as a psychologist, or cmpletion of a 6 year APS accredited degree and eligible for supervision in a specialist role (Clinical or Counselling Psychologist).
  • An interest in Critical Incident Stress Management approaches.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in responding to client needs, including a willingness to participate in the after-hours roster and responding to duty calls, as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently, including organization and prioritizing of workload.
  • Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and the ability to liaise and consult with a wide range of other professionals.
  • Current knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity Principles and Practices.
  • Able to start immediately

It would be desirable, but not essential, to also have:

  • Previous experience in brief therapy.
  • Experience in an EAP setting or in work-related counseling.
